How can I buy shares in PJP Makrum S.A.?

If you do not already have an investment account, you will need to open one with the brokerage of your choice. Once your account is set up and funded, you can start placing orders, i.e. buying and selling shares in your chosen company.

Can I buy shares directly from the company?

No, the company is listed on a regulated market and, therefore, shares can only be purchased through brokerage houses. The company does not and cannot conduct direct sales outside the market.

In which industries does PJP Markum operate?

PJP Makrum distinguishes two segments in its operations: industrial construction and industrial production, which includes product lines such as handling systems, Makrum machines, MODULO parking systems, warehouse equipment (forklifts and high storage racks).

Which companies and brands are part of the Industrial Group?

Companies such as Projprzem Budownictwo Sp. z o.o., IPZ Sp. z o.oo., QDS24 Sp. z o.o., PROMSthal Lltd, PROMStahl GmbH and PROMStahl Sp. z o.o. belong to the PJP Makrum Industrial Group. The Promstahl business additionally operates the Promlift and Modulo product brands, while PJP Makrum operates the Makrum product brand.

Which activity is the most significant in the company?

We try to develop all product lines symmetrically. In percentage terms, industrial construction and handling systems account for the largest share of revenue in most reporting periods.

GENERAL MEETINGS OF SHAREHOLDERS

When are the company's general meetings held?

The Company's Annual General Meetings, like those of most companies listed on the WSE, have been held every year in June for many years. In addition, the company convenes Extraordinary General Meetings whenever there is a need for a majority of shareholders to take a decision that is important to the company.

What is being done at the AGM?

At the Annual General Meetings (AGM), decisions such as the approval of the company's reports (financial, management, supervisory board, etc.) or the discharge of the members of the management and supervisory boards are taken annually. In addition, at AGMs, as well as extraordinary AGMs, the assembled shareholders vote on important issues for the company.

How do I register for the PJP Makrum AGM? Does it cost money?

Once the shareholder has been informed that a new General Meeting has been convened, he or she should contact the brokerage house that maintains his or her account and submit an instruction to register for the AGM. This can be done in person, by telephone or, in some institutions, online via an application. The cost of registration depends on the price list of the brokerage house in question, usually PLN 30-50.

REPORTING AND INFORMATION FLOW

At what frequency/when does the company release financial statements?

The Company publishes annual, half-yearly and quarterly reports (for Q1 and Q3). The exact publication schedule can be found in the Calendar section.

Where can I find the financial statements or listen to a discussion of them?

The company's financial statements are published immediately on the website in the Interim Reports section. Press releases summarising the results are published in the News section, and discussions in video form are available on the YouTube channel 'GK_IMMOBILE'.
